Families for Home Education (FHE)
FHE serves and represents all home educators in Missouri, but its purpose is limited to the support of home education.
Homeschool Legal Defense Association (HSLDA)
http://www.hslda.org is a non-profit advocacy organization established to defend and advance the constitutional right of parents to direct the education of their children and to protect family freedoms. Through annual memberships, HSLDA is tens of thousands of families united in service together, providing a strong voice when and where needed.
HSLDA has officially registered CHESS as a discount group. If you wish to join HSLDA under CHESS and get the $20 discount off your fee, please contact Tressa chessnwk@chessnwk.org
There may be other groups that also work on behalf of homeschoolers in Missouri. We do not intend to leave them out. Please let us know if you know of other worthy groups we should let our members know about!
